I live in Florida. I know what mosquitoes like. They like to eat our blood. Tiny Vampires indeed. This stuff works. It keeps the little evil bastages away. It is not sticky and washes off easily. It does not stain clothing. I set up the recurring delivery. I recommend this over the poison ones knowing it’s almost impossible not to breathe the spray of any product you use. I use it outside, but it works inside I guess against other flying annoyances. This is not an issue.

I was outside for holiday party and was getting bit all over the place. I sprayed some of this on my legs and immediately no more bites. I sprayed some on my toddler as well and it didn’t bother her. The smell is very strong so others that are sensitive to smell may not like it. You don’t need to spray too much to get the mosquitos to stay away.
Conspicuous Consumer –
We live on an estuary in Florida and the mosquitos and no-seeums are thick in the mornings and evenings. I apply a deet or picaridin spray on my feet, and a Lemon Eucalyptus repellent on my face, ears, and neck, and spray my long sleeve UPF jacket and long pants with a picaridin spray for clothes. I also wear gloves when working.
I chose three different brands based on reviews by Consumer Reports and Consumer Lab. They all seem to work equally well but the Repel Lemon Eucalyptus version is my favorite. It smells great and cools my skin when applied. My son is an outdoor sports person in California and he also prefers Repel Lemon Eucalyptus over alternatives.
